Refund Policy

Returns
At The Fitness Haven we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund.

Please contact us at support@thefitnesshaven.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order,  unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at support@thefitnesshaven.com.

Replacements
If you received a damaged, wrong item has been sent or if you have received less quantity, your order will qualify for a free replacement. Take video/photo which shows all sides of parcel, and make sure parcel is not tampered from anywhere. Don't accept the parcel if it is tampered and let us know immediately about it. Please inform us as early as possible if there's any problem. If you need a replacement for your order, please send us an email at support@thefitnesshaven.com and we will process a replacement for your order immediately. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
